Kristen Underwood joins Armstrong Dixon with over two decades of experience in administrative support, including several years in public accounting. In her role, she supports the firm by building strong client relationships and providing high-level administrative and operational assistance that helps keep daily workflows running smoothly. Kristen holds an Associate’s Degree from the Community College of Baltimore County, is a commissioned Notary Public, and is actively working toward obtaining her Life and Health insurance license.

Kristen is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service. Whether working behind the scenes or directly with clients, she takes pride in anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless experience.

She resides in White Hall, Maryland with her husband and their three boys. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring her love of art. She is excited to continue contributing her energy, dedication, and organizational strengths to the Armstrong Dixon team.
